Any merchandise that does not meet with your complete approval may be returned in new and salable condition within 30 days for refund or exchange.  Please notify us in advance of returning so we can give you return authorization instructions.  All special orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

ORDERING
Orders may be placed using your school purchase order form or stationary, the Delta X purchase order form, by telephone, fax or email.

PAYMENT
Schools: Our terms are net 30 days on orders submitted by schools in the U.S. on school stationary or school purchase orders.
Individuals: All orders from individuals must include prepayment or be charged to your Master Card or Visa.

All prices are F.O.B Marinette, WI, and are subject to change.

SHIPPING/HANDLING
A shipping and handling charge of 10% of the purchase total will be added to your order.  Minimum shipping and handling is $5.95.

Quantities are limited on sale and discounted items.  Order while supplies last.

COMPUTER SOFTWARE
Lab Packs: Includes the number of disks or CD-ROM's listed and 1 documentation.  Where not listed, the lab pack includes 5 disks or 5 CD-ROM's and 1 documentation.  Customized lab packs are available for most programs.  Call for availability and pricing.

License: Extends your program onto the number of computers listed.

Building License:  On selected programs - allows licensing of all your computers at one school.

Site License: Call for information and a site license agreement.

Net/Site License: Allows you to install and use your software on an unlimited number of computers (stand-alone and/or networked) within a single building site.
